Also sounds like they are displaying it as there own artwork as well.
dont think you should put the watermark on it to prevent them from downloading it?

Watermarks kinda suck. I don't recommend it. Especially on Fanart. Ultimately, the Truth comes out of who really did the picture. ;)
I also have Awesome Fans that notify me of these kinds of actions online. lol
